While we were shooting to make finals, we just missed the cutoff. We placed a very respectable 13th out of 24 groups in our division, but only the top 12 moved on to finals. While this was a bittersweet outcome, we certainly had a lot to feel good about Friday night.
This gave our members the opportunity to watch other groups from our division on Saturday, and it was nice to see the competition from all over the nation that we had gone up against. We also spent the evening watching the World Class groups perform at the UD arena. It was a hype to cheer on the BCDL alumni competing with Pulse and RCC!
Congrats to Steven Drummer (RCC), Naomi Bacop (Pulse), Chris Drummer (Pulse), and Efren Gutierrez (Pulse). And although they didn't make it to finals, congrats to Noe Casolco (POW), Malcolm Nolbert (POW). Way to rep the BCDL!
