We have used these speakers at BC for 4 years, and they continue to serve us well. We upgraded to higher powered speakers this semester, so these are available now.
The speakers are very efficient (400 watts program), so they don't need a high powered amp to operate at their potential. The horns are currently rotated for horizontal use, but they are user rotatable should you want to orient them vertically.
The speakers show normal cosmetic wear; They are carpet covered, and the carpet needs to be re-glued in some spots. The carts have not been repainted this season, so they could use a new coat. The casters are all in good shape.
